Extraordinary events

This area allows clients to review up to date information and guidance, if an 'Extraordinary Event' is preventing the usual assessment activities by their URS Office.

Examples of Extraordinary Events include: war, strike, riot, political instability, geopolitical tension, terrorism, crime, flooding, earthquake, malicious computer hacking, pandemics, other natural or man-made disasters.

Whilst URS maintain on-site assessments as the default, there may be times when ICT is to be used to conduct an effective audit. If ICT is to be used, this will need to be documented within the URS audit plan and any subsequent audit reports or notes.
